Q: When should we book?
A: ASAP. Mid-August is our peak matric season. Popular dates book 2-3 weeks in advance. We take a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
Q: What if someone gets sick or the date changes?
A: We get it—life happens. Your 50% deposit is non-refundable, but you can reschedule to a different date within 60 days, no charge.
Q: Can we customize the music/vibe?
A: 100%. You control the playlist via Bluetooth. We can also add themes for an additional fee.
Q: How many people fit?
A: Our buses fit 12-40 people depending on configuration. Typical is 12-18 per bus for comfort.
Q: Do we have to provide drinks?
A: Yes—BYOB (bring your own booze). We don’t provide alcohol, but we provide the safe, professional transport.
Q: What if there’s an emergency on the night?
A: Silvan’s phone is live 24/7. You get his direct number 48 hours before your event.
