Q: When should corporate teams book?
A: Year-end dates fill fast. We recommend booking by end of September for Nov-Dec events. July-August bookings guarantee availability. We take a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
Q: Can we add activities or entertainment?
A: Absolutely. We can coordinate with external vendors (DJs, photographers, catering) or we can recommend partners we’ve worked with.
Q: What if we need to reschedule?
A: Your 50% deposit is non-refundable, but you can reschedule to any date within 90 days at no additional charge.
Q: How do we manage the itinerary (pick-up points, timing)?
A: We handle all logistics. You provide: team size, meeting location(s), duration, and must-hit stops. Silvan coordinates everything 48 hours before. Day-of, his phone is live.
Q: What if we want multiple stops (restaurant → bar → club)?
A: We specialize in multi-stop coordinations. Driver knows the route, timing, and parking. Zero stress for you.
Q: Do you provide catering or drinks?
A: We don’t provide alcohol, but we can coordinate with caterers or liquor delivery services. BYOB is always an option. We handle the safe, professional transport.
