- Ceremony to reception transport

Choose your wedding car
Most couples book a limo for the bridal party and add a party bus to move guests between venues, so nobody has to drive after the reception.

Mercedes-Benz E-Class stretch
The classic white stretch. Leather lounge, mood lighting and a bar for the champagne.

Audi Q7 stretch
The only purpose-configured Q7 stretch in Africa. Room for the full bridal party.

Guest shuttle party bus
Moves guests from ceremony to reception and home again, with club sound for the ride.
Planning the day with us
A simple four-step plan, with one person to call from booking to the last drop-off.
Lock in the date
Book 6 to 12 months ahead for peak wedding season. A 50% deposit secures the vehicle.
Map the route
Send us your venues and photo spots. We time each leg and build in buffer for traffic.
Final check
Balance is due 7 days before. We confirm the times, pick-up points and contact numbers.
The day
Your chauffeur arrives early, rolls out the red carpet and keeps to your timeline.
Farm venue? Send us the pin first
Many Gauteng wedding venues sit at the end of farm roads around Hartbeespoort, Muldersdrift and the Cradle. Our limos travel on tarred roads only, so send us the venue location early. We’ll confirm access, or agree a drop-off point where the venue can meet you with a golf cart or shuttle.
On Saturdays, the N1 and R21 can back up around Centurion and Midrand. We plan departure times around that, so the bride is only ever fashionably late.
Wedding transport FAQs
How far ahead should we book our wedding limo?
We recommend 6 to 12 months ahead, especially for Saturdays in spring and summer. That secures your preferred vehicle and gives us time to plan the route with you.
What is included in a wedding hire?
A professionally attired chauffeur, red carpet service, complimentary champagne, transport between your ceremony and reception venues, and an itinerary built around your timeline.
Can we stop for photos after the ceremony?
Yes. Tell us where you would like to stop and we plan the route in advance so there is enough time at each location.
Can you transport our guests as well?
Yes. Our 16- to 60-seater party buses work well as guest shuttles between venues, so nobody has to drive after the reception.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your date and the balance is due 7 days before the wedding.
