Securing Your Date
A 50% deposit secures your booking — this is non-refundable for block bookings, since it holds the vehicle and driver exclusively for your date and turns away other enquiries for that slot. The balance is due 7 days before your event.

Once we confirm your date, we stop taking other bookings for that vehicle in that window — which is exactly why availability tightens up around matric season, festive season and popular wedding dates. The deposit structure protects both sides: you have a guaranteed vehicle, and we can commit our fleet with confidence.
