A Rule of Thumb for Choosing
Count your confirmed guest list, then add a small buffer — 2 to 4 extra seats — for last-minute plus-ones and for comfort, since nobody wants to be elbow-to-elbow all night. If your numbers sit right on the edge between two vehicles, we’d usually recommend sizing up: the difference in rate is often smaller than people expect, and the extra breathing room is worth it. Planning a matric group? Most groups land between 12 and 18 seats. Planning a year-end team size? Most corporate bookings run 25-60 seats.
Splitting a Large Group
